Desserts!!

I need help!! I make the desserts for my Thursday night bible study group.. I need some ideas other than just the traditional cakes, brownies, & cookes.. It can be ideas on how to trick these out or spruce them up or it can be something new, different, and/or out of the ordinary.....Whatever you got let me know!!
